Psychotherapy Qualifications, Training and Background

I am based in East London and hold a MSc in CBT and a Postgraduate in Counselling from Goldsmiths University.

I am a registered member of the BABCP & BACP and abide by their code of ethics.

As a qualified registered therapist, I’m committed to my professional development. I attend ongoing supervision and undertake continued professional development.

Rates

Cost: Sessions are 50 minutes long and are charged at £90. 

Locations:

• City Therapy Rooms, 33 Furnival St, London EC4A 1JQ. My practice is a 2-minute walk from Chancery Lane tube station, and a 10-minute walk from Farringdon & Holborn stations.

• Online via zoom

Sessions

When we work together, we'll typically have weekly sessions, either in-person or online. During the consultation and our initial meeting, we’ll create an agreement that outlines confidentiality, define the topics you'd like to address, and discuss the length of therapy that best fits your needs. I offer open-ended therapy, but we'll continuously revisit the duration and other details throughout our time together to ensure we're on the right track.
